In our home to say “jerky” was a food group would be a massive understatement. Our favorite flavor has always been a “sweet heat”, but it’s impossible to find! Thank you Top Notch for blending the perfect flavor busting spices and scrumptious sweetness . We are HOOKED! I buy a bunch at a shot bc no one here wants to be without it.! Bonus…the meat is so flippin’ tender and we haven’t experienced any dreaded gristly parts that you can’t swallow. Did I buy 5 bags? Was it gone in 5 days? Who’s to say, but I will adjust my future orders to accommodate our tastebuds.
