Overly sweet. Pepper is very light.

If the recipe was tweaked it would probably taste pretty good. I have a hard time getting over the sweetness that is too different from standard jerkys. Very light pepper taste. You don't see much on it. May be for some but my wife and I immediately felt the same about the flavor.
