Refund policy

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Due to food safety reasons, we do not accept returns. If you have a concern with the quality of your bag or you did not receive what you ordered, you may request a refund or replacement. 

To request a replacement or refund, go to Contact Us to fill out a form, or send us an email at info@topnotchjerky.com. Understand this will not guarantee a refund or replacement, but we will look at the situation and see if it warrants a refund or replacement.

Refunds
We will notify you if a refund is issued. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at info@topnotchjerky.com. Refunds will show as being from Top Notch Jerky.
